Billy Grace is an AI-driven, product-first SaaS platform that gives brands and agencies control over their entire marketing funnel through first-party tracking, attribution, budget management and creative intelligence. Instead of scattered tools and manual analysis, our platform turns complex marketing data into clear, reliable insights teams can act on.

As a Data Scientist, you help build the intelligence layer behind this product. You work closely with product, engineering and data to develop models, algorithms and analyses that power the platform. Your work doesn't end in a report, the models and systems you build become part of the product and run in production.

Your impact

You work at the core of a data-driven SaaS platform at an exciting stage in Billy Grace's growth. Your analyses and models help the platform understand marketing performance, attribution, budget allocation and funnel behaviour. The intelligence you build becomes part of the product and helps brands and agencies make better marketing decisions every day.
In practice, that means turning complex marketing data into reliable insights and models that scale across the platform. You'll be joining a strong, experienced team with a genuine passion for data and product. There's a lot to learn here, from the people around you as much as the problems you'll solve.

What you'll do

  • Build models and algorithms that power the platform's insights into marketing performance, attribution, budget management and funnel behaviour.

  • Develop, deploy and maintain machine learning models and statistical algorithms that power insights within the platform including scalable modelling pipelines that run across clients, not just one-off models.

  • Select and apply the right statistical methodologies to solve complex product and user questions.

  • Explore new data sources, modelling techniques and technologies to continuously improve the intelligence of the platform.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.

  • Strong experience with Python and modern data processing / modelling libraries like Spark, PyTorch, PyMC, Polars, Pandas and SQL.

  • A solid mathematical or statistical background.

  • Experience developing and deploying machine learning models into production, ideally in domains such as attribution modelling, behavioural modelling, forecasting, pricing or marketplace systems.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a collaborative, product-focused team.

  • Living in the Netherlands and able to work hybrid (3 days in the office, no IND sponsorship)

Nice to have

  • Experience with PySpark or large-scale data processing.

  • Experience with AWS, Databricks or modern data platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with online marketing data and a solid understanding of how it flows across ad platforms, attribution systems and tracking pixels (campaign performance, funnel analytics, tracking data).
