As Head of Marketing, you build the AI-first marketing machine that makes that promise real internally. You develop a scalable growth engine in which growth marketing, content, product marketing and events come together in one system that directly drives pipeline, ARR and sustainable growth across markets. Your Impact
At Billy Grace, marketing becomes an AI-driven commercial growth function that scales across borders. You translate product value, customer data and AI capabilities into predictable pipeline, high pipeline quality and structural revenue growth in the Benelux, the UK and the Nordics and in every new market we enter.
You build marketing as a high-output machine. AI supports content creation, growth optimisation, funnel analysis and decision-making, so a small team can achieve outsized results and scale internationally. At the same time, you ensure marketing stays recognisable, distinctive and human, clear where it needs to be, creative where it counts.
You bring focus to ICP, positioning and GTM strategy per market, grounded in data, product insight and market developments. As the connecting link between Product, Tech and Commercial, you make complex AI and data solutions understandable and commercially relevant.
You work entrepreneurially. You spot opportunities in new markets, test ideas fast and scale what works. You safeguard simplicity, prioritise sharply and translate strategy into concrete action. That's how better choices, more trust and visible results emerge.
What You'll Do
You hold end-to-end ownership of an integrated marketing function in which AI, creativity and commercial impact come together in one scalable marketing machine that moves with our international growth:
Building a predictable demand and revenue engine (paid, ABM, website, lifecycle) with AI-driven optimisation of performance, CRO and funnel, designed to roll out quickly in a new market
Developing scalable content and thought leadership with a clear brand identity that positions Billy Grace distinctly in every market
Positioning and launching AI, data and attribution capabilities and translating them into sharp propositions and enablement
Deploying strategic events and ecosystem partnerships as a structural accelerator for pipeline and brand, including as an entry point into new markets
Designing and evolving an AI-first marketing operating model, including attribution, funnel metrics and revenue reporting that gives insight per market and rolls up across markets
Integrating marketing automation, CRM and AI tooling into one coherent system
Leading and growing the marketing team (3 FTE) with clear expectations, ownership and room for initiative
Continuously experimenting, learning and adjusting based on data, AI insights and impact

Wat jij meebrengt
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including several years in a strategic or leadership role.
Experience scaling marketing internationally, opening new markets or setting up GTM across multiple countries.
Experience in MarTech, AdTech or AI-/data-driven software.
Demonstrable experience building an AI-driven marketing machine that scales with limited FTE.
Strong understanding of AI, attribution, funnel metrics and first-party data.
Ability to translate complex product and data architecture into clear commercial value.
An entrepreneurial profile with a feel for brand and creativity, you're not afraid to deviate from the norm if it leads to better outcomes.
Experience with demand generation, revenue marketing and ABM.
A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Data-driven, decisive and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Living in The Netherlands and preferably speaking Dutch next to fluency in English
