Product Marketing Manager

As Product Marketing Manager, you connect the product to the market: shaping how we position, communicate and launch the technology that drives our customers forward
Your impact
You make our product impossible to ignore. You turn first-party tracking, attribution, AI optimization and creative insights into sharp positioning, high-energy GTM launches and scalable product communication. Because of you, customers, partners and teams understand exactly what Billy Grace delivers and why it matters.
What you will do
Shape product positioning, messaging, and GTM propositions and safeguard a consistent, recognisable Billy Grace product voice across release notes, feature updates, and all product comms.
Run product launches end-to-end with Product, Tech, Marketing, CSM and Sales, and build the materials that make adoption effortless: helpdesk articles, demo flows, enablement decks.
Create high-impact product content: one-pagers, pitch decks, scripts, blogs, customer stories, use cases, and co-marketing with partners like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Channable.
Build a scalable GTM engine: product vocabulary (Notion), Product Portal, battlecards, value narratives, sales enablement assets all crisp, consistent, and easy to activate.
Turn market, customer, and competitive insights into messaging, segmentation, and strategic input for roadmap and feature priorities.
Manage external agencies and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, content creation, and GTM execution with Product, Tech, Marketing, CSM and Sales.

What you bring
At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B product marketing within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or data/AI-driven products.
Strong affinity with data, tracking, attribution, AI workflows, and marketing automation -> you get how the product works and can translate it instantly.
Standout storytelling skills: you reduce complexity, sharpen value, and create content that people actually use.
Experience building GTM materials, running product launches, producing enablement content, and owning a consistent product tone of voice.
Analytical mindset: you run market and competitor research and feed insights back into positioning, messaging, and roadmap advice.
Comfortable partnering with Product, Tech, Marketing, CSM and Sales and skilled in managing external agencies at a high bar.
Fluent in English is a must; Dutch is a strong plus. You live and work in the Netherlands.
