Product Marketing Manager (digital product)
About the role
As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning our product positioning and messaging, executing product launches, and driving integrated marketing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and retention.
You’ll need to conduct market-specific research and adjust messaging and go-to-market strategies per region. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure every product launch has a strong market fit and a compelling story.

Your responsibilities
1. Product Marketing Strategy & Execution
Build, evolve, and lead the end-to-end product marketing roadmap for Billy Grace.
Align product marketing efforts with content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and demand gen.
Drive cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and product launches, from messaging through enablement.
2. Messaging, Positioning & Content
Develop clear, differentiated messaging anchored in customer pain points and product strengths.
Craft assets like pitch decks, one-pagers, video scripts, demo flows, and product narratives.
Collaborate with content to ensure customers are central to storytelling.
Jump in hands-on to create content when needed—especially around product, features, and customer success.
3. Market, Customer & Competitive Insights
Conduct ongoing competitive and market intelligence to inform the product roadmap.
Monitor evolving needs across key verticals (eCommerce, Leadgen, Agencies) and adapt GTM plans accordingly.
4. Ecosystem Partnerships & Co-Marketing
Work with leading partners like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Channable on integrated marketing and co-launches.
Build co-branded content, success stories, and joint value narratives with ecosystem partners.
Help shape the co-marketing playbook and drive visibility across social, PR, and events.
5. Customer Marketing & Advocacy
Turn our customers into heroes. Work with the content team to source, shape, and showcase customer stories that drive proof and credibility.
Create use-case-driven content tailored to different segments and funnel stages.
Collaborate with sales and CS to embed customer proof into decks, demos, and nurture flows.
6. Sales Enablement
Partner closely with Sales to provide enablement materials that drive conversion and close rates.
Create and maintain assets such as battlecards, product sheets, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and pitch templates.
Train Sales on product messaging, new features, and positioning to ensure consistent delivery in the field.
Establish feedback loops with Sales to refine positioning and surface frontline insights.
7. AI-Enhanced Workflows & Tooling
Help implement and manage modern, AI-powered marketing tools for competitor analysis, product launches, demos, and performance content.
Create self-serve enablement flows, interactive demos, and campaign toolkits to scale storytelling across teams.
About you
2-3+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally within AI, SaaS, or martech platforms.
Experience with AI-powered workflows or automation tools that enhance operations.
Strong storytelling skills: you can translate technical value into crisp, human messaging.
Hands-on experience leading competitive analysis, win/loss programs, and influencing product direction.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with content, product, growth, and partnerships.
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
